Cellular ReNewal, Inc. is an independently owned business based in Nashville, TN. Cellular ReNewal, Inc. (CRI) was incorporated in 1997 and began simply by reconditioning used cellular equipment and reselling it to retail stores across the country. As a new company, CRI had to set itself apart in the industry of refurbishing cellular phones. Quality became the justification for buying phones from CRI.

All reconditioned phones are sold with new OEM housings, new OEM batteries, and new OEM chargers. All phones are fully tested and inspected prior to being shipped. The phones are individually boxed with labels that contain the product SKU and ESN number on the outside of the box. Through the years, the quality of CRI phones has been the determining factor in securing large accounts that require exceptional quality to keep their customers satisfied.
