Cellular ReNewal, Inc. strives to eliminate the
need for our customers to house their product
anywhere outside of the store level. We offer
the sale of reconditioned handsets, both in and
out of warranty repairs, and storage of your
products so that we may ship your product to
you as needed. All products and services
offered by Cellular ReNewal can be customized
to fit the individual needs of our clients.
Our basic CRI reconditioned handset comes to you in an OEM approved housing, fully kitted with OEM charger, OEM battery, and your carrier specific software preloaded into the handset.
Handsets are offered in your choice of white generic box with your SKU and serial number bar-coded on the outside of each box or screened with your custom artwork as desired. Manuals and various other accessories can also be included in the overall price of the kit.
CRI repair options also are made custom to
individual needs. As a warranty approved service
center for numerous OEMs, Cellular ReNewal
first performs all warranty repairs possible then
performs any non-warranty repair services
authorized by the client agreement. Detailed ESN
specific billing and full transparency in regards to
quantity and location of each model accompany
each custom repair solution in our facility.
Many of our clients prefer our reverse logistics operations to carry over into a total logistics solution for their retail stores. As refurbished handsets are completed and/or customer handsets are repaired, they both can be completed and stored in our secure facility until each store needs product. At that time CRI can drop ship your product directly to the requested location and eliminate the need for additional logistic expenses elsewhere. We can even house your new handsets and accessories in the same manner so that your stores are sending and receiving their entire product line from one centralized location.
